Hindu Kingdoms 100 BC - 1400 ADThe legend says that the Indians were the first to lured to the peninsula and they arrived in Kedah around 100 BC. The indians were not only exchange goods in the peninsula but they also brought a pervasive culture. Hinduism and Buddhism sept through the land, bringging Indian temples and Indian cultural tradition. The Local kings, were impressed by the efficiency of the Hindu courts and soon started to call themslves as "rajahs". Then brought the Indian govermental traditions with into the existing structure and historians typically refer to these kingdoms as "Indianised kingdoms"....

Ancient Malaysia

Ancient Malaysia: 35,000 BC - 100 BCIn Malaysia, the oldest skull that ever been found was dated from 35,00years before Christ at Niah Caves in Sarawak. Stone age tools and implements that dates from 10,000 BC have been found on the peninsula, and some archeologists imply that they were left by the Negrito aborigines the predecessors. About 2,500 years before Christ, a group of farmers and seafareres from China called Proto-Malays migrated to peninsula with much more advance in technology. They forced the Negritos into the hills and jungles. In the cultural evolution, another group called Deutero-Malays were created, they were combination of Indians, Chinese, Siamese, Arabs and Proto-Malays....

Stripes of Glory...

The flag of Malaysia, also known as the Stripes of Glory (Jalur Gemilang), comprises a field of 14 alternating red and white stripes along the fly and a blue canton bearing a crescent and a 14-point star known as the Bintang Persekutuan or Federal Star. The 14 stripes with equal width represent the equal status in the federation of the 13 member states and the federal government, while the 14 points of the star represent the unity between these entities. The crescent represents Islam which the country's official religion. The blue canton symbolizes the unity of the Malaysian people. The yellow color in the star and crescent represent the royal color of the Malay rulers also known as Sultan....
